Two Trees is an intaglio print edition of ten. The particular print on display is 7/10. The image of two trees crisply silhouetted against an abstract horizon was made by etching a zinc plate. Four individual  PdA prints were ran before the plate was struck.

The Print Measures 5 x 7 inches, and as customary with prints, they are not matted or framed. Anyone local desiring to see any art work first hand is welcome to contact me, and I would be happy to arrange a time with you.

Each print is:

• Hand-pulled on a press
• Printed from a copper or zinc plate
• The plate is hand engraved using dry point, or etching, techniques.

Numbered Editions
Each impression is signed and numbered (e.g., 3/25), indicating its place within the edition.

PdA (Prova d’Artista / Artist’s Proof)
Marked as such and held outside the numbered edition.

State Proofs
Printed to document changes made to the plate during its development.

Working Proofs
Pulled to measure progress during the engraving process.
These are not finished works and are identified as such.
